The Roundie Bumster is my own concept and designed exclusively by PalmAvenue Design.
The idea came to me after many years (my whole life) finding sitting on the flat ground incredibly uncomfortable for my lower back, a yoga bolster sat me up a bit too high so I used to roll up a towel to place under my tailbone.
The idea came to me after many years (my whole life) finding sitting on the flat ground incredibly uncomfortable for my lower back, a yoga bolster sat me up a bit too high so I used to roll up a towel to place under my tailbone.
Over a couple of days spent dreaming up an idea, I made one for myself. For me the Roundie had to have velvet because I just love how the tactile experience of velvet relaxes me instantly and it needed a handle because you know what its like carrying everything you own along to a yoga class.
So thats how the Roundie Bumster was born... I brought it along to a yoga class and soon everyone was needing one.
I love mixing and matching all the beautiful fabrics I get to work with and apart from the PalmAv Clutch the Roundie is my favourite.
I use the Roundie mostly for a sitting meditation & breathwork practice or placing it on the side between my shoulder blades while lying down to help open the chest. I also often use it as a picnic cushion as its easy to transport!
